ARBITRATION NOTICE: BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES WITH MY DRIP NURSE WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY STATE LAW.
1. Introduction
My Drip Nurse (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates as an intermediary platform that connects individuals seeking mobile healthcare services (“Users”) with licensed third-party healthcare professionals (“Providers”). My Drip Nurse does not provide medical services, employ healthcare professionals, or supervise Providers. By using the My Drip Nurse platform (the “Service”), you acknowledge and agree that My Drip Nurse’s role is limited to facilitating the connection between Users and Providers. Providers are independent third parties responsible for their own services.
My Drip Nurse is not liable for the quality, safety, or outcomes of any services provided by Providers.
2. Acceptance of Terms of Service
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
My Drip Nurse reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
3. My Drip Nurse’s Role
My Drip Nurse serves as a lead generation platform. We do not:
- Provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Supervise, control, or guarantee the actions of Providers.
- Act as an agent for any Provider.
Your relationship with any Provider is independent of your relationship with My Drip Nurse.
4. Financial Responsibility
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Concierge Fee: My Drip Nurse charges a $30 Concierge Fee for each appointment booked. This fee covers scheduling and administrative services and is non-refundable unless the Provider fails to show up for the scheduled appointment.
- Refund Policy: If the Provider does not show up for your appointment, you may request a refund of the Concierge Fee by contacting us via our Refund Form.
Users are responsible for paying Providers directly for the services rendered. My Drip Nurse is not liable for disputes related to fees or services between Users and Providers.
5. Cancellation Policy
- 24-Hour Cancellation: Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to qualify for a refund of the Concierge Fee.
- Late Cancellation or No-Show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

6. Compliance with State and Federal Laws
My Drip Nurse operates in compliance with:
- Consumer Protection Laws: Users retain rights to refunds and cancellations as mandated by their state’s consumer protection laws. Specific rights, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), apply to residents of certain states.
- Privacy and Data Security: My Drip Nurse complies with privacy regulations, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), where applicable, and other state privacy laws (e.g., CCPA for California residents).
If there are additional rights or obligations under state laws, these are incorporated into this Agreement to ensure compliance. Users are encouraged to review their rights under their state’s specific regulations.
7. Disclaimer: No Medical Services Provided
My Drip Nurse does not provide medical services or advice. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical care or emergency services. For emergencies, call 911 or visit your nearest emergency facility.
Providers are solely responsible for the quality and accuracy of their services. My Drip Nurse does not guarantee the competency, licensing, or certifications of Providers.
8. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and share your information.
By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- My Drip Nurse is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or the actions of Providers.
- My Drip Nurse’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed $1,000.
State-Specific Exceptions: Certain states (e.g., California, New Jersey) may not allow limitations on certain types of liability. In such cases, these limitations may not apply to residents of those states.
10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
- Binding Arbitration: Any disputes related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by state law.
- State-Specific Exceptions: Residents of states such as California or New York may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws. These rights are incorporated into this Agreement where applicable.
